I raced this weekend in Ironman 70.3 Port Mac with an ok result of 4hours and 19 mins 7th place in my age group and 21st out of 1300 competitors.
There was some quality athletes in the field and was a tough day. Overall I was happy considering how much my prep for this race has been affected due to illness. Hopefully with some solid training for the next 5 weeks I can put a good result up at Ironman Busso in my first Ironman.
