I have always been a Strong believer in using compression gear post exercise for recovery, but with all of the different brands out there which ones are best? I have experimented lately with 3 different brands, 2xu, Diadora and Compressport.

I found that Compressport was by far the most effective and comfortable. Their stuff also seems to hold its compressive benefits for longer. I also found by using the calve compressions during long rides I wasn’t getting numb feet and after long runs my calves weren’t sore at all, they were also great if you had to be on your feet i.e. work after a big session.

I Recommend Compressport for any athlete serious about the sport and reaching their goals.
